Since 2013, we have structured and raised institutional capital for sponsors, developers and investment managers globally — with a focus in recent years exclusively on direct real estate and energy infrastructure.

We align investors’ needs with best-in-class sponsors and managers, enabling clients to diversify their investor base through targeted introductions rather than a scattergun approach. Our partnerships are long-term, with a deliberately select group of high-quality sponsors.

Silver Spire Capital is run by a dedicated team that accepts a deliberately limited number of mandates each year. The managing partners lead every transaction directly — from origination through to close — so sponsors deal with the decision-makers at every stage, never a handover chain.

Larger placement firms run dozens of mandates concurrently across many partners. We have seen what that looks like from across the table: stretched coverage, slow responses, and a widening gap between what is promised at pitch and what is delivered after engagement. We have built the firm to be the opposite of that.

Our sponsors have the partners’ direct line and the time to use it. We make a point of being reachable at every stage of a process, and of staying close to the sponsor throughout — not only at transaction milestones.
